    Hep-3b细胞建系于1979年，源自一位患有肝癌的7岁黑人男童。该细胞产生甲胎蛋白（alpha-fetoprotein)、乙肝表面抗原（BHsAg)、白蛋白、巨球蛋白、α-抗胰蛋白酶（alphal-antitrypsin)、转铁蛋白、补体（C3)、C3活性载体，纤维原等，具有广泛的研究价值。
